A diploma in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore, equips her with the management acumen to be the trusted adviser to the customer, helping them realize the perceived benefits of the offering, taking into consideration the available know-how of competitive technology and pricing.

She is an honorary core “Technical Committee” member of Indian Plumbing Association in developing the first ever customized “Plumbing Codes” of India: She was instrumental in developing the following publications

• UPC-I Illustrated Training Manual (ITM)
• Green Plumbing Code Supplement- India
• Uniform Swimming Pool Code –India
• Water Efficient Products –India
• Uniform Solar Energy Code- India
• Syllabus for the Engineering / after graduate students/Plumbers under Plumbing Education to Employment Program

Started her career as a Junior Engineer with Manjunatha Constructions, followed with Sundaram Consultants as Design Engineer, ensued with Atreya Consultants as a Team Leader, worked as Assistant Director with Potential Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd and as AVP at Total Environment Building System Pvt. Ltd, before getting into this venture;

With a core experience of around two decades, worked in a diversified field of services & involved in the project from basic Planning, Presentation, client interaction, co-ordination with other services, Designing, quantity, Tendering, evaluate Vendors, Negotiating, Drawings, Value engineering, Suggesting end user multiple options, Site Inspection, reports.

Projects handled but not limited to, Institutional Projects, Hospital Projects, Residential Apartments, Software Projects, Bungalows, Hotels, Call Centers, Malls, Infrastructure Development, and Commercial Complexes, Resorts, Factories
